Proven track record as CEO, Board Chairman and Supervisory Board member in Energy, Telecommunications, Banking and Manufacturing, with responsibility for M&A, strategic planning and corporate governance in international environments (Italy, Slovenia, Belgium, Austria).
Currently Vice President of Sabotino 1 srl (BESS sector), Founder of Aurea Consulting d.o.o., President of Fondazione Narodni Dom in Trieste, Board Member of Banca di Cividale S.p.A. Previously CEO of GEN-I Energia Italia, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, President and CEO of SDH (Slovenian Sovereign Holding) managing approximately €12 billion in state assets, CEO of Imsa Group, and over 10 years in senior roles at Electrolux (CFO Refrigeration Sector Europe with €1.5bn turnover, VP Financial Architecture, M&A and Restructuring).
Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Trieste, executive programs at Ashridge University. Native Italian and Slovenian, English C2, Croatian/Serbian C1.
